Adam Malofsky - President and Principal Consultant
A near 20 year commercial and product development
veteran of the chemicals, polymers and performance materials
industries, Dr. Adam Malofsky is known for developing simple,
hard driving innovation processes that produce results quickly.
Adam is known for seeing opportunity where no one thought there
was any and then identifying product opportunities that frequently
allow for new technology platforms, not simply evolutionary
improvements. Dr. Malofsky has extensive experience in product
materials, processing and assembly with far ranging experience
in industries from aerospace adhesives to shelf life products
for fresh cut produce. A recent, highly innovative platform
is Nexicor's portable, hand held induction heating system for
adhesive bonding, plastics welding and soldering which was
named one of the best new installation products in the carpet
industry.
Bernard Malofsky - Chief Scientist and Principal
Consultant
A 30+ year veteran of the adhesives industry
with extensive commercial development, product development
and basic research experience, Caltech graduate Dr. Bernard
Malofsky is world known for his ability to innovate where most
see little or no opportunities. As Director of Loctite Corporation's
R & D and it's Chief Scientist for almost a decade in the 90's,
Bernie was directly responsible for leading innovations that
placed Loctite at the top of virtually every known specialty
chemical company with regard to growth and profitability. A
holder of over 30 patents or patents pending, Bernie was the
only recipient of Loctite's prestigious lifetime inventor's
award. Bernie's experience ranges far and wide, with innovations
in the industrial, automotive, appliance, hardware, medical,
electronic, aerospace, sports and recreational products to
name a few. Leading the development of Closure Medical's intellectual
property portfolio for Johnson & Johnson's Dermabond and manufacturing
process was another recent success.
Ronald Lilly - Managing Director, Commercial Development,
Technical Marketing and Sales Development;
President of Alltis Corporation
Ron is founder and President of Alltis Corporation,
a commercial development, technical marketing, sales and interim
management partner. Ron's expertise spans 30 years, with extensive

and industrial markets. His product knowledge covers a broad
range of specialty conductive materials, films, printed electronics,
adhesives, tapes, sealants and coatings. While at Loctite,
Ron guided significant commercial development projects such
as: medical device adhesives, UV curing silicones and acrylics,
as well as conductive, insulative and attachment adhesives
for electronics. He past assignments range from new market
assessments to turn-arounds of existing businesses. Ron has
a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Tri-State University
and master's degree from RPI/Hartford.
Rick
Lidington - Managing Director, Manufacturing and Assembly Technology
and Commercial Development;
President of
Lidington Technologies
A 35-year veteran and senior executive in the
printing, coating, assembly machinery and packaging industries.
Most recently completed an assignment as Senior VP of Operations

Lisa M. Hahn - Managing Director, Printing, Coating and Rheology
Technology;
President of Flexo Tech, Inc.
Lisa M. Hahn is the founder and president of
Flexo Tech, Inc. – a consulting organization which provides
laboratory services, formulation development, and training
to the ink industry. Ms. Hahn frequently lectures on printing
technology, and ink and dispersion formulation at various companies
and professional organizations. She has been actively involved
in NPIRI's Introduction to Printing Ink course held every summer
at Lehigh University, where she has lectured for 12 years.
Additionally, Ms. Hahn is a technical advisor to Ink World
magazine.
Her background includes a bachelor's degree in chemistry from
Framingham State College as well as graduate studies in physical
chemistry at Kent State University. Currently, she is completing
a master's degree in polymer science at Lehigh University.
She has been involved in the ink industry for 20 years, and
has managed her own company for 12 years. One of her endeavors
in her organization was to author the seminar The Theory and
Technology of Pigment Dispersing. This comprehensive two day
program identifies the physical and chemical parameters that
are involved in the dispersion process, whether dealing with
solvent or water based systems. The presentation lends a deeper
insight into the factors which govern dispersion stability.
These include polymer solubility, processing conditions, surfactant
effects, and other formulation issues.
Ms. Hahn is widely published, and additionally hold patents
in various areas dealing with UV and water based dispersions
and ink formulations. She is also the 2002 recipient of the
